Shortly after I founded Results Exponential in 2006, I recall meeting with an acquaintance of mine who owned a very successful marketing services company in Chicago. I listened to him tell me that he had several sales people on his team who were not achieving their sales goals. In fact, they had stopped growing and their sales numbers were declining over the past few years. He was concerned for their future and that of his company. In the past, each of them had achieved a much higher level of success and now they were struggling to reach their sales quotas. I knew that the sales training model I had recently developed would help him and his sales team turn this trend around.

After 25 years of B2B sales experience, I had developed a sales training program that integrated traditional sales skills with current selling techniques.  My recent degree in Psychology had taught me that when I coupled the training material with individual performance coaching, his sales people would achieve individual specific levels of success.  Having previously owned several successful businesses myself, I had witnessed significant changes in how selling had evolved over the years.  My study of market and economic trends had allowed me to develop an effective business development model that delivers long-term sustainable growth for my clients.  After reading numerous sales books, I devoted myself to researching the current trends and techniques that would bring his team up to par in today’s marketplace.

After working with his sales team for 12 months, we improved the sales numbers for every sales person by 18% – 32% over their prior year sales.  When I meet with my friend now he is quite happy to tell me that sales continue to increase, and his business is headed in the right direction.

Since that time, Results Exponential has helped several companies in the marketing services sector grow their sales and profits.
