We utilize strengths-based assessment tools to measure the current skill level, behaviors, and mind-set of each salesperson. These tools enable us to develop an individualized coaching plan that increase desired results and tracks the individual’s progress. Our coaching model builds in accountability and engages the sales person in the application of the skills and techniques taught in our training course to real-time client situations. We teach the sales person how to develop strategies for like situations that result in achievement of desired outcomes.
