Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued after the start of the first class.
• Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the start of the first course or workshop are subject to a $500 materials charge and a $75 processing fee.
• Results Exponential, Inc. will provide a complete refund provided an email or phone cancellation is received prior to two weeks before the the scheduled first class or workshop.
• Results Exponential, Inc. does not prorate class fees for sessions missed by the participant.
• The participant may make up a class the next time it is offered for up to a 1 year period with no additional fee.
• Any additional transfers will be subject to a $150 fee.
• Results Exponential reserves the right to cancel any of its courses, workshops, seminars, or programs.
• Results Exponential reserves the right to cancel a course, workshop, seminar, or program if a minimum enrollment is not met, including following the first session.
• In all cases, a full refunded will be given.
• In all cases, students will be notified by phone and email.
• In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled sessions are liable for the entire fee.
• All credits for paid courses and seminars will expire one year after they are issued.
• A 5% service fee will be assessed to any request to change payment from one credit card to another.
